The membership runs per calendar year (from January 1 to December 31).
When registering after July 1, only half of the contribution is due (plus the administration costs).
The payment rules will be sent to you in the first Bulletin of the year.
The payment term is 6 weeks.
Highly forgetful (non-)payers will receive a reminder once.
The payment term for that is 4 weeks.
If you do not meet your payment obligations, you will no longer receive a club magazine and the membership and all rights it gives will expire immediately, such as access to the Archives and the Members Only section of the website.
Re-joining is of course always possible ...
Unfortunately, our club cannot live off only exhaust air.
Membership fee is €16 per year
Due to the higher postage costs, members not living in de Netherlands pay €21 per year.
One time administration costs are €3.50
Every year the first Bulletin calls for paying the membership fee. It is only possible to pay by direct bank transfer. Details are in the Members Only section.
Cancellation must be done in WRITING before October 1st at the membership administration. This can be done by e-mail or by letter to the membership administration. Look for the contact information of the membership administration on the page: contact.
